Pricing questions
Is there really a 14-day trial?
Yes. Stripe Checkout starts a trial; no payment runs until the trial ends. Cancel anytime in the portal. The first 250 waitlist members start with 30 days instead of 14, and lock a founding price for as long as they stay subscribed.
When can I actually start?
Access opens in waves during pre-release; the waitlist is the door. Waves exist because the instrument is calibrated per cohort, and every early user gets direct access to the researcher. Join the waitlist and you are in line for the next wave; the first 250 members lock a founding price and a 30-day Pro trial.
What does the annual plan save?
€190/yr vs €228/yr if you paid month by month. About 17% off, no other catch.
Why is the Free tier so thin?
The product IS measurement. A free tier with measurement would carry most of the operating cost without recovering it. Free covers signup, identity, billing surfaces, and the privacy guarantees. Pro is the product.

Team plans are in design. Email contactmarservices@gmail.com if you have a multi-engineer use case and we will design a fit.
How do I cancel or delete my account?
Manage subscriptions in the Stripe portal from the dashboard. Account deletion is a one-call API; data hard-deletes after 30 days. Payment records are anonymized, not deleted, to comply with AML/tax/chargeback retention.
Do you offer student or research discounts?
Not yet. Email contactmarservices@gmail.com if you are an independent researcher; we are case-by-case during early access.
